Privacy Policy

HydraTough is a product line of Amerifield, LLC, doing business as Command Hydraulics. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. Name, company name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, purchase order numbers, tax exemption certificates, credit application information, dealer application information, and anything you write to us in a contact form, quote request, spec request, or support message.

Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on site, and similar analytics data.

Information from partners. Advertising and analytics providers may share aggregate campaign and audience data with us.

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are small data files a website saves on your device. We use them for site functionality, shopping cart and account sessions, remembering preferences, analytics, and advertising measurement.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, including Google Shopping conversion and remarketing tags. Our hosting and ecommerce platform sets cookies required for the site, cart, and checkout to function, and our payment processor sets cookies needed to complete a transaction securely. These providers may set their own cookies and may combine site activity with data they hold from other sources.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add on, and you can manage Google ad personalization in your Google account settings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, including checkout, may not work correctly if you do.

We may include small tracking images in emails and newsletters to see whether a message was opened and which links were clicked.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it with service providers who need it to do their job for us, including:

• Payment processors
• Freight carriers and logistics providers
• Website, hosting, and ecommerce platform providers
• Email and CRM providers
• Analytics and advertising providers
• Accounting, credit reporting, and collections providers

We may also share information with our affiliated companies, including Command Hydraulics, for order fulfillment, service, and support.

If you buy through one of our dealers or distributors, we may share order and warranty information with them so they can support you. If you submit a dealer inquiry, we may share it with the appropriate territory representative.

We also share information where we are legally required to, where necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order, invoice, warranty, and account records as long as we need them for the relationship and for as long as tax, accounting, warranty, and other legal requirements demand. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

Your Choices

Marketing email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly. Transactional messages about your order and warranty are not marketing and will continue.

Access, correction, and deletion. Contact us and tell us what you want. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. We cannot delete records we are required to keep, such as invoices and tax records, but we can remove you from marketing and from any data we are not legally required to retain.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us to make a request.

Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Security

We take security seriously. We use SSL encryption in transit and access controls on systems that hold customer account information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that data transmitted to or from the site will never be intercepted or altered.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always posted here with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the site after we post an update means you accept it.
